At the Humane Society of Broward County we spay or neuter all pets before they go home, including the puppies and kittens.  The adoption fee for felines is $85.00; puppies up to 6 months are $135.00 and dogs over 6 months are $100.00.  The adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, preliminary vaccinations, microchip and registration and more.  Currently you can adopt 2 felines and pay just one adoption fee.
