A Divorce Lawyer is Suspended For Having an Affair With a Client . . . and Billing Her For the Time They Were Having Sex:

Meet 58-year-old Thomas P. Lowe.

Lowe is a divorce lawyer in Eagan, Minnesota.  In August of 2011, a woman met with Lowe to discuss getting a divorce from her husband.  Lowe agreed to represent her.  And as they prepped her case, he started talking SEXUALLY with her.

That turned into him asking if she'd have sex with HIM.  They started having sex, and kept having sex until last March.  Meanwhile, she was still married and Lowe was still working on her divorce.  He was married too.  But here's the ultimate kicker.

Lowe BILLED HER FOR THE TIME THEY SPENT HAVING SEX.

In March, he and his client stopped having sex, got into a major argument, and she sadly tried to kill herself.  She failed, and in the hospital, she admitted the affair.

Lowe was just suspended indefinitely from practicing law in the state, and the Minnesota Supreme Court has ruled that he won't even be eligible for possible reinstatement until mid-2014.

Oh . . . and it turns out he was already on probation for purchasing COCAINE from another client.

The son of the woman who created BARNEY THE DINOSAUR has been arrested for ATTEMPTED MURDER.

27-year-old Patrick Leach of Agoura Hills, California is the son of Sheryl Leach.  She's the creator of "Barney & Friends".

Earlier this month, Patrick got into an argument with a 49-year-old neighbor named Erik Shanks . . . and ended up SHOOTING HIM in the CHEST.  Erik was treated at the hospital and survived.

Patrick tried to flee from the cops in his black SUV, but they tracked him down and arrested him for attempted murder.

Sheryl Leach came up with the idea for Barney in 1987 . . . and said she was inspired by Patrick to make him because he loved dinosaurs.  She now lives in Connecticut.
