Congratulations (we think?) to Zsa Zsa, the 9 year old English bulldog who won the title of World's Ugliest Dog!
Despite what you may think, the event is actually a celebration of the dogs, many of which have been rescued from puppy mills or shelters, and promotes pet adoption.
The owner of Zsa Zsa regards her as being "just so ugly, she's beautiful". Aww, how cute... we think...
