Now, the Miami Fraternal Order of Police is lashing out with a YouTube commercial encouraging potential recruits to look elsewhere for employment.
Miami FOP President Sgt. Javier Ortiz says the union has no choice but to expose current working conditions to potential applicants. Ortiz says they're only just beginning their campaign against City of Miami politicians, whom many Miami police officers accuse of being indifferent to their needs.
