(Undated)  --  A new report released today says people who run sports programs for kids and teens are not acting on what they know about sports safety.  The group Safe Kids Worldwide surveyed three-thousand coaches, parents and seventh- through tenth-grade athletes.  More than 40-percent of players say they've hidden or downplayed an injury so they could stay in a game.  More than 50-percent say they've played hurt, and seven in ten of those kids say they played after telling their coaches they were injured.  More than 50-percent of coaches say they've felt pressure to put an injured child back into a game.
