It's now in the jury's hands.
Deliberations set to resume Friday in the Gus Boulis murder case. The case was handed to the jury following closing arguments Thursday. The jury had deliberated for an hour and a half before asking to continue in the morning.
Anthony "Little Tony" Ferrari is charged with 1st degree murder in the killing of the Miami Subs and Sun Cruz casinos founder.
He faces the death penalty if convicted.
The jury's been sequestered for a month.
Ferrari's associate, Anthony "Big Tony" Moscatiello, is also charged, but a judge ruled his case a mistrial after his attorney fell ill.
